All products are made in Eskisehir/Turkey where is the motherland of the meerschaum. Our products are made by Turkey's selected artisans, whose works are exhibited at various galleries in Europe and USA.

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate.We usually take the photo of every product then add to our web site.But sometimes for some models which is sold too much, then we use the old photos of the models. Each pipe is a unique design - hand carved, so no two are exactly the same.This makes all pipes special. Brightness, reflections and/or any seemingly faults of any pictures are the results of photographic errors. Non of our products have defects

If the product that you order is in our stock then it will be sent within 2 days.If the product is not in stock or if you want a customisation on the model then carving stage can take up to 3 weeks.

Any damaged items be returned for within 10 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will changed it by the same item. We give life-time guarantee for meerschaum. Any damage caused by intentionally or accidentally and any damage, except bowl burnout or bowl cracks, to the pipe shank and/or mouthpiece is not covered by this warranty. All returns must be in as-shipped condition . Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we made an error. Please contact us and please reference your order number. In the case of defective product , please contact us for information on obtaining replacement product. Another can not be substituted .
